Equation is y = 2x2 + 3

Substitute point (1,6) in the equation we get,

6 = 2(1)2 + 3

6 = 2(1)+ 3

6 = 2 + 3

6 ≠ 5

Therefore (1,6) is not a solution.

Substitute point (2,11) in the equation we get,

11 = 2(2)2 + 3

11 = 2(4)+ 3

11 = 8 + 3

11 = 11

Therefore (2,11) is a solution.

Substitute point (-4,33) in the equation we get,

33 = 2(-4)2 + 3

33 = 2(16)+ 3

33 = 32 + 3

33 ≠ 35

Therefore (-4,33) is not a solution.

Substitute point (3,21) in the equation we get,

21 = 2(3)2 + 3

21 = 2(9)+ 3

21 = 18 + 3

21 = 21

Therefore (3,21) is a solution.

Substitute point (1,5) in the equation we get,

5 = 2(1)2 + 3

5 = 2(1)+ 3

5 = 2 + 3

5 = 5

Therefore (1,5) is a solution.

Therefore the solutions are (2,11), (3,21) and (1,5).
