The quadrilateral angles are x , 3x - 40, 2x  and  4x + 20

Sum of angles in quadrilateral is 360o

x + 3x - 40 + 2x + 4x + 20 = 360

10x - 20 = 360

10x = 360 + 20

10x = 380

x = 380/10

x = 38o

So 2x = 2(38) = 76o

3x - 40 = 3(38) - 40 = 74o

4x + 20 = 4(38) + 20 = 172o

The angles of the quadrilateral are 38o, 76o, 74o and 172o .
