Calculate the area by using the following formula:

       x2

=  ∫  ydx

     x1

      2

   =  ∫ (3 - x^2)dx

      0

                      2

  =(3x-(x^3/3))

                     0

 =6-(8/3)

 =10/3 square units

Therefore, the area under curve is 10/3 square units
