Solve the following equations using matrices.

The equations are x  + 4y  - z  = 4

4x  - 8y + z  = 5

- 4x + 4y  - 5z  = - 2

Convert the equations into matrix form AX  = B.

Where A  is coefficient matrix , X  is variable matrix and B  is constant matrix.

Now solve the equations in Cramer's method.
