how to solve shear force diagram 2

Question

 4.1. a beam ABCDE is 13m long and is supported at A and D as indicated in FIGURE 1. Diagram 1 (attached)

Calculate the ffg:

4.1.1. The reaction forces at supports A and D

4.1.2. the bending moments at B, C and D

4.1.3. draw a shear force diagram and bending moment diagram and show all main values on the diagrams.
