The angle of depression is 11° .

The height of the tower 22 m above ground .

Let the  distance between base of the tower to campfire is x .

From the figure tan ϴ = opposite side length / adjacent side length 

                      tan 11 =  22 / x     

                ⇒ x = 22 /  tan 11  = 22 / 0.1943 = 113.18 m

So the distance between base of the tower to campfire is 113.18 m .
