Sh = shirts
Sl = Slacks

3*Sh + 2*Sl = 85.5
4*Sh + 3*Sl = 123
multiply the upper equation with 3, the lower one with 2 ->
9*Sh + 6*Sl = 256.5
8*Sh + 6*Sl = 246
subtract one from the other ->
1*Sh = 10.5
insert that value in one equation ->
31.5 + 2*Sl = 85.5 -> 1*Sl = 27

so, one shirt costs 10.5 and one pair of slacks 27 dollars.
