Step 1:

The inequality is image.

Consider image.

Subtract image from each side.

The graph of the inequality image is the shaded region, where every point in the shaded region satisfies the inequality.

Since the inequality symbol is image, the boundary is drawn as a solid line to show that points on the line satisfies the inequality and the shaded region along with the solid line of the graph of image  is the solutions to the inequality.

Step 2:
