Given that  ( cot2x +1) ( sin2x +1)

The pythagorean formula  cot2x +1 = csc2x

= (csc2x) (sin2x +1)

= 1/sin2x ( sin2x +1)

= 1 +1+csc2x  =  2+cot2x

The solution is  2+cot2x .
