Let two consecutive integers are x and x + 1

And given that their sum is 139

x + (x + 1)  =  139

2x + 1  =  139

2x  =  139 - 1

2x  =  138

x  =  138 / 2

x  =  69

Hence, The numbers are 69 and 70.

Answer :

The numbers are 69 and 70.
