Recall the trigonometric identities

sin^2A+cos^2A = 1

tanA = sinA/cosA

cosA = 1/secA

Right hand side = sinAtanA

= sinAsinA/cosA

= sin^2A/cosA

= (1-cos^2A)/cosA

= (1-cosA)(1+cosA)/cosA

= (1-cosA)(1+CosA)/cosA

= (1-cosA)(1+1/cosA)

= (1-cosA)(1+secA)

= Left hand side.
