Given function (3x+1)^2 = 9x^2+6x+1

Apply derivative wiyh respect of x.

= d/dx(9x^2+6x+1)

= d/dx(9x^2)+d/dx(6x)+d/dx(1)

= 18x^2+6

At the point (0,1)

= 18(0)^2+6

= 6
