Given trinomial is 14r^3-23r^2+8r

Take common out r from given trinomial.

= r(14r^2-23r+8)

Now facorize the 14r^2-23r+8

= 14r^2-16r-7r+8

= 2r(7r-8)-1(7r-8)

= (2r-1)(7r-8)

Factoring of given trinomial is r(2r-1)(7r-8).
