Gven y^2/121+x^2/36 = 1

y^2/11^2+x^2/6^2 = 1

x^2/6^2+y^2/11^2 = 1

Compare it to standard form of ellipse vertical major axis is x^2/b^2+y^2/a^2 = 1 where a > b

it is ellpse equation.
