resolve the given fraction 4x^2-28/X^4+X^2-6 into partial fractions.

Given fraction is (4x^2-28)/(x^4+x^2-6)

Factors of (x^4+x^2-6)=(x^2+3)(x^2-2)

= (4x^2-28)/(x^2+3)(x^2-2)
