Given equation 4+3x = 3(x+5)/x+3

Multiple to each side by x+3.

x+3(4+3x) = 3(x+5)(x+3)/(x+3)

4x+3x^2+12+9x = 3x+15

Bring all terms to left side.

3x^2+13x+12-3x-15 = 0

3x^2+10x-3 = 0

Compare it to quadratic equation ax^2+bx+c = 0.

a = 3, b = 10, c = -3

Roots are x = [-b±√(b^2-4ac)]/2a

x = [-10±√(100+36)]/6

x = [-10±√136]/6

x = (-10±11.66)/6

x = (-10+11.66)/6 and x = (-10-11.66)/6

x = 1.66/6 and x = -21.66/6

Solution x = 0.276 and x = -3.61
