Left hand side identity =

= Sin^2x Sec^2x

= (1-Cos^2x)Sec^2x

= Sec^2x-Cos^2x Sec^2x

= Sec^2x-Cos^2x/Cos^2x

= Sec^2x-1

= Right hand side identity
