How do you find the remaining trigonometric functions?

This is confusing because the values don't seem to match. :\ please help?

you're given tan x= √3 /3 & cos x= -√3 /3

what's the sin, cot, and csc? thanks everyone!

Given that tanx = √3 /3 and cosx = -√3 /3

             tanx = sinx/cosx

         => sinx = tanx * cosx

                       = (√3 /3) (-√3 /3)

                       = -√3√3 / 9

                       = -1/3

Therefore sinx = -1/3

Therefore cotx = 1/tanx = 1/√3 /3 = 3/√3

Therefore cosecx = 1/sinx = 1/-1/3 = -3
