Show that (1+tanx)/(1+cotx)=tanx

From the reciprocal trignometric identity property.

cot x=1/tanx

(1+tanx)/(1+cotx)=(1+tanx)/(1+(1/tanx)

                         = tanx(1+tanx)/(1+tanx)

                          =tanx

Hence proved.
