1)

 f(x)  =  12x + 5

Substitute x = -1 in above function

f(-1)  =  12(-1) + 5

         =  -12 + 5

f(-1)  =  -7

2)

The set is {(1,-5), (-5,4), (6,2), (9,4)}

Domain is all the values of x co-ordinates.

Hence, Domain : { -5, 1 , 6, 9 }

Range is all values of y co-ordinates

Hence, Range : {-5, 2, 4}                         [Since need to conseder onlyone value in set]

Answer :

1) f(-1)  =  -7.

2) Domain : { -5, 1 , 6, 9 }

    Range : {-5, 2, 4}.
