The expression

5x^2/3  -  10x^-1/3  =  5 [ x^2/3  -  2/(x^1/3) ]

                               =  5 [ (x^2/3)(x^1/3)  -  2 ] / (x^1/3)

                               =  5 [ x^(2/3 + 1/3)  -  2 ] / (x^1/3)

                               =  5 [ x^(2 + 1)/3  -  2 ] / (x^1/3)

                               =  5 [ x^3/3  -  2 ] / (x^1/3)

                               =  5 (x  -  2) / (x^1/3)

Answer :

5x^2/3  -  10x^-1/3  =  5 (x  -  2) / (x^1/3)
