Given equations are x + 3y  - z = 10    -> (1)

                                      2y - z = 0             -> (2)

                                       3z = 18               -> (3)

3z = 18 => z = 18/3 = 6

Substitute z value in equation (2) we get,

                2y - z = 0

           => 2y - 6 = 0

           => 2y = 6

           => y = 6/2 = 3

Substitute z and y value in equation (1) we get,

               x + 3y - z = 10

         => x + 3(3) - 6 = 10

         => x + 9 - 6 = 10

         => x + 3 = 10

         => x = 10 - 3

                  = 7

Therefore x, y and z are 7, 3 and 6 respectively.
