The line equation is 4x - 5y = - 7.

Slope - intercept form line equation is y = mx + b, where m is slope and b is y - intercept.

Write the equation in slope - intercept form.

Subtract 4x from each side.

- 5y = - 4x - 7

Divide each side by negative 5.

y = (4/5)x + (7/5).

Now, the line is in slope - intercept form.
