(1,3)(-1,0) points are through the line say L1.

Slope of L1 say m1 = 0-3/-1-1

m1 =-3/-2

m1 = 3/2

(5,0)(3,-3) points are through the line say L2 .

Slope of the L2 say m2 = -3-0/3-5

m2 = -3/-2

m2 = 3/2

slopes of the two lines L1,L2 are equal.

So Given points are parallel.
