Slope-intercept form line equation is y = mx + b, where m is slope and b is y-intercept.

Here line crossing axes in the 4th quadrant. So, the y-intercept is -2√17

The line equation is y = mx - 2√17

Find the slope by substituing the point (4, -1)

-1 = m * 4 - 2√17

m = (2√17 -1)/4

The line equation is y = (2√17 -1)/4 x - 2√17
