Geometric mean of two numbers is squre root of thir product.

Given number18

Let another number is x.

Geometric mean = 6

Geometric mean = √(18*x)

6 = √(18*x)

Squaring to each sde.

6^2 = (√(18*x))^2

36 = 18x

Divide to each side by 18

36/18 = 18x/18

x = 2

Required another number = 2
