Is it possible to have a circle whose diameter is 10 cm and whose circumference is 62.8 cm.

No,its impossible....

Because,from the given data

Diameter

The circumference of the circle

image

The circumference of the circle is 31.4 cm

From the given data circumference of the circle is 62.8 cm

so its not possible.
