The inequality is |4x + 3| > - 9.

The absolute value of a number (4x + 3) is never negative.

The solution of an inequality like |a| > - 9 is the set of all real numbers.

The solution of an inequality |4x + 3| > - 9 is { x | x = all real numbers }.
