Calculate the mass per unit length of the PVC cable

m=ρV

   =ρ((π/4)*d^2)

   =(1.5*10^-3)((π/4)*(0.9*10^-2)^2

   =0.955*10^-7  kg/cm

    =0.955*10^-5 kg/m

Calculate the weight per unit length of the PVC cable

W=mg

   =0.955*10^-5 kg/m*9.81 m/s^2

   =9.365*10^-5 N/m

    =9.365*10^-2 N/km
