From the graph  the function f = { (-2, 0), (0, -4), (2, 0), (3, 5) ,(4,12)}

The function g = { (-2, 0), (0, 2), (2,4) , (3,5), (4, 6)}

(-2, 0) passes through both f and g.

The point (-2,0) tells us f(-2) = 0 and g(-2) = 0

The point  (0,-4) tells us f(0) = -4

(fog)(-2) = f(g(-2))

Substitute value of g(-2) .

= f(0)

Substitute value of f(0).

= -4

(fog)(-2) = -4.
