How do I simplify it help please

The expression [x + (2 + x 2)][x - (2 + x 2)]

Sum and  difference of same terms (a + b )(a - b ) = a 2- b 2

In this case a = x , b = (2 + x 2 )

= x 2  - (2 + x 2 )2

= x 2  - (4 + x 4 + 4x 2)

= x 2- 4 - x 4 - 4x 2

= - x 4 - 3x 2 -4

(x + (2 + x 2))(x - (2 + x 2 )) = - x 4 - 3x 2 - 4.
