Draw the geometric diagram:

Calculate value of x:

x =√[(24)² + (7)²]

=25 cm

Calculate value of y:

y =√[(7)² + (4)²]

=√65

=8.062 cm

Calculate the perimeter of the kite by using formula : P = 2(x + y)

P = 2(25 + 8.062)

= 66.12 cm
