Observe the Diagrams

1)The two lines are intersecting .

Total sum of angles 360°

D = 34°

Opposite angles are equal.

B = 34°

Let angle A = x°

Since the opposte angles are equal, C = x°

A + B + C + D = 360°

x° + 34° + x° + 34° = 360°

2x° + 68° = 360°

2x° = 360° - 68°

2x° = 292°

x° = 292/2

x = 146°

Missing angles are B = 34°, A = 146° and B = 146°

2) Sum of angles in a triangle = 180°

A + 113° + 46° = 180°

A + 159° = 180°

A = 180° - 159°

A = 21°

3) From the figure it is a right angle triangle .

Therfore 90° + A + 46° = 180°

136° + A = 180°

A = 180° - 136°

A = 44°.
