B.) 1/(x + 2)(3+h)

The function is f(x)= 1/(x + 2) 

Substitute 3 + h for x.

f(3 + h)= 1/((3 + h) ) + 2)

    =1/(h + 3 + 2)

   =1/(h + 5)

So option D is correct
