From the graph original function is a parabola.

We know that all possible values of x is domain and all possible y values are range.

Observe the original function domain is x ≥ -4 and range is all real numbers.

Now we test the horizontal line test.

It's simple.draw a horizontal line on the graph .

If the horizontal line intersects graph of a function at exactly one point , then the function is one-to-one.

The horizontal line intersects at only one point then original function is one-to-one.

So the inverse function interchanges the domain and the range.

Inverse function domain is all real numbers and range is y ≥ -4.

Option D is correct.
