The trigonometric equation sin2B + cos2B = 1 + tan2B

{Apply Pythagorean identities sin2x + cos2x = 1}

1 = 1 + tan2B

tan2B = 1 - 1

tan2B = 0

tan2B = tan2(0)

The general solution of tan2(x) = tan2(α) is x = nπ ± α, where n is an integer.

In this case α = 0 , B = x

Solutions are B = nπ.
