Step 1:

The function is { (2, 6), (-3, 6), (4, 9), (1, 10)}

One-to-one function:

A function for which every element of the range of the function corresponds to exactly one element of the domain.

The function is not one-one function because the element(6) in the range has paired with 2 and -3.

Solution:

{(2, 6), (-3, 6), (4, 9), (1, 10)} is not one-one function.
