Foumula for concentration of cholesterol for each sample: image.

Substitute image, image and image.

Concentration of each sample is 2.9186 mM.

5-fold dilution means that a solution is diluted until its molarity is one-fifth of its original value, that is, the volume of the solution is five times its original value.

Concentration of cholesterol in the diluted plasma is image.
