For my study guide I really need these two problems solved so that I know what I'm doing and can study right. Please help as quickly as possible if you can, thank you so much. Thanks!

1. The rms current through a 100 µH inductor is 10 mA when connected across a 6.3 V rms sinusoidal ac supply. Calculate the frequency of the ac supply. (Answer should be somewhere between 800 kHz and 1.2 MHz.)

2.The rms current through a 100 µF capacitor is 0.25 A when connected across a 4.0 V rms sinusoidal ac supply. Calculate the frequency of the ac supply. (Answer should be somewhere between 80 Hz and 120 Hz.)
