Given that lineA: (-3, 5) and (0, 7) lineB:(6, 2) and (9, 4)

The slope of lineA  m1 = (y2 -y1)/(x2 -x1)

                            m1 = (7 -5)/(0 -(-3))

                            m1 = 2/3

The slope of lineB m2 = (y2 -y1)/(x2 -x1)

                           m2 = (4 -2)/(9 -6)

                           m2 = 2/3

Since slopes are equal and lines are parallel

option B is a right choice.
