Step 1:

From the graph, the function passing through the points are image.

In the function, y  and t  are the variable, C and k are constants.

So, find the values of C and k substituting the points.

Substitute image in the function image.

Find the values of C and k.

Solve for k.

Subtract equation (2) from equation (1).
