Center C(x_1,y_1,z_1) = C(-2,1,-2)

Radius, r =2

Calculate the sphere equation,

(x-x_1)^2+(y-y_1)^2+(z-z_1)^2 =r^2

(x-(-2))^2+(y-1)^2+(z-(-2))^2 =2^2

(x+2)^2+(y-1)^2+(z+2)^2 =2^2

x^2+4x+4+y^2-2y+1+z^2+4z+4=4

x^2+y^2+z^2+4x-2y+4z+5=0
