Given inequality is -6x+13 ≤49

Apply subtraction property, subtract 13 from each sides.

-6x+13-13 = 49-13

-6x ≤ 36

Apply divisible property, divide by -6 to each sides.

-6x/(-6) ≤ 36/(-6)

x ≤ -6
