Write the line equation in slope-intercept form y = mx + b, m is slope and b is y-intercept.

3x - 3y + 1 = 0

Add 3y to each side.

3x + 1 = 3y

Divide each side by 3.

y = x + 1/3

Slope = 1

m = 1

Re call m = tanθ, where θ is inclination angle.

m = tanθ = 1

θ = 45° or  -135°

Since the slope is positive Tangent sign should be positive, so the line passes through the I and III quadrant.

So, inclination angle is 45°.

Therefore, the inclination angle is 450 (or) 0.785radians.

Given line is 3x - 3y + 1=0

3x - 3y +1 = 0

-3y + 1 = -3x

-3y = -3x - 1

3y = 3x + 1

y = x + 1/3

General form of slope intercept form of line is y = mx + c

m = 1
