Please help - how would you find the slope and y-intercept for these, basically i need to find m and b.

1) y + 2 = 5x - 4

2) 4x + 3y = 2x - 1

3) -2(3x + 4) + y = 0

General form of slope intercept form of line is y = mx + c

Here slope = m and y-intercept = x

1) Given that

y + 2 = 5x - 4

y = 5x - 4 -2

y = 5x - 6

Slope = 5 and y- intercept = -6

2)4x + 3y = 2x - 1

3y = 2x - 4x - 1

3y = -2x - 1

y = (-2/3) x - (1/3)

Slope = -2/3 and y-intercept = -1/3.

3)-2(3x + 4) + y = 0

-6x - 8 + y = 0

y = 6x + 8

Slope = 6 and y-intercept = 8
