Generally standad form is Ax + By + C = 0

1)Given that 4x = 5y -6

  4x - 5y + 6 = 0

  A = 4 , B = -5 and C = 6

2)Given that -7y =3y + 8

  -7y - 3y - 8 =0

  -10y  - 8 =0

  Multiply each side with negitive sign.

  10y  + 8 =0

  A = 0 , B =10 and C = 8

3)Given that 2/3x + 4y = 6

  (2/3)x + 4y = 6

  (2x + 12y)/3 = 6

  2x + 12y = 18

  2x + 12y - 18 =0

  Take 2 common

  ( x + 6y - 9)2 =0

  Divide each side by 2

   x + 6y - 9 = 0

  A = 1 , B =6 and C = -9
