      = 2*2*105

      = 2*2*3*35

      = 2*2*3*5*7

2, 3, 5, 7 are prime numbers.

product of prime factors of 420 =  2*2*3*5*7

2*210

2*2*105

Therefore the prime factors of 420 is 2*2*3*7*5
