You can use a factor tree to determine the prime factors as follows:
1)

80 
10 x 8
(2x5) x (2x2X2) 
So the prime factorization of 80 is 2 x 2 x 2 X 2 X 5.

 

2)

120
10 x 12
(2x5) x (2x2X3) 
So the prime factorization of 120 is 2 x 2 x 2 X 3 X 5.

3)

160
10 x 16
(2x5) x (2x2X2X2) 
So the prime factorization of 160 is 2 x 2 x 2 X 2 X 2 X 5.
