Write the prime factorization of each number

16 = 2*8 = 2*2*2*2 = 2^4

24 = 2*2*2*3=  2^3*3

30 = 2*3*5

Multiply highest power of  each factor in the either number

L.C.M =2*2*2*2*3*5

             = 240

L.C.M of 16,24,30 is 240
