The inequality x + 2 > - 3

Subtract 2 from each side of inequality.

x + 2 - 2 > - 3 - 2

x > - 5

Solution {x | x : x > -5 }

To satisfy the inequality x must be negitive integer grearter than -5.

-1, -2, -3, -4 are 4 negative integers greater than -5.

Check

Substitute  x = -1 in x + 2 > -3
